We have some great news to share. Providence Haven, our entry in the 2026 Home Builders Association of Greater Knoxville (HBAGK) Parade of Homes, tied for People's Choice. We share the win with Iron Horse Homes and their home, Turkey Creek, and we want to congratulate them on a well-earned title.
People's Choice is decided by the visitors who toured the homes, which makes this one mean a lot to us. Thank you to everyone who walked through Providence Haven, took the time to vote, and shared kind words along the way. Thank you also to HBAGK, and to presenting sponsors ORNL Federal Credit Union and Tindell's Building Materials, for putting on such a great event.
Most of all, thank you to the homeowners who trusted us to build Providence Haven. A win like this starts with good clients and a team that cares about the details.
If you are thinking about building a home of your own, we would love to talk. Whether you have a lot picked out or only a few ideas, our team will walk you through each step, from the first consultation to the day you get your keys. You can see how it works on our Our Process page, or call (865) 414-1817 or email info@mdicustomhomes.com to get started.
